Chloe is Colin's twin sister. Before she was becoming a member of Team Fresh Mint, Colin never mentioned her.
The result was, as Chloe appeared after the July Task the first time, that Fio thought Chloe was Colin's girlfriend.

Fio was devastated because Chloe said to Fio: "Go away, floozie!",
then to Colin: "Do you have forgotten something important, my friend? Do you? The letter?"

After Fio disappeared, it came out it was just a letter from Colin's mom...

Once Colin found the crying and despaired Fio, he confessed his love to her, and the misunderstanding was cleared up.
Fio forgave Chloe's awkward behavior, and they becoming friends.

Chloe hatched minutes later after Colin. She's energetic and a kidder, but tends to make her brother and others angry. And sometimes, she's jealous of her brother. But overall, she fonds her brother and was worried as he became seriously ill in his childhood, or as he ates a Tamato Berry (Colin is allergic on it)

Chloe fell in love with Melnik from Team Tschisliviy. It was a strange relationship between a Drifloon and an Absol. But the relationship broke up. Chloe still loves him...
Months later she met Geist the shy Gourgeist. Both are thinking about to have an egg ;3

Chloe evolves into Drifblim while she was protecting the egg of Fio and Colin.
She adores her little niece Emily.
